Quality Policy

Our primary goal is to provide a product that fully meets the needs and expectations of our customers and ensures a qualitatively optimal management of the company, in full compliance with applicable regulations. To best pursue this goal, we have developed, implemented, and documented a Quality Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.

In order to achieve our goal, Management commits to:

• Understanding customer needs and planning our activities to fully meet them;
• Operating in accordance with the demands and requirements of the target market, the country of operation, complying with laws and regulations, and meeting the needs of all parties involved in our critical processes;
• Maintaining constant communication with suppliers, ensuring optimal order planning, and preventing problematic dynamics that could impact the end customer;
• Continuously improving the performance of our Quality Management System through the preliminary assessment of risks and opportunities associated with business processes, internal and external verification activities, and management review;
• Annually reviewing the relevance of the company's Quality Policy, ensuring its adequacy with respect to the identified objectives.

Management takes responsibility for the effectiveness of its Quality Management System, making all necessary resources available and ensuring that planned objectives are compatible with the organization's context and strategic directions. The organization, being aware that the involvement of all stakeholders is a primary strategic element, makes this policy available to all interested parties.
