TECHNICAL NOTES ON TOROIDAL TRANSFORMERS

Series designed for a high performance Applica-tions, where small size, low weight low loses and high efficiency are required. Standard TIYAN series of toroidal transformers, goes from 10 to 1KVA under UL5085-1-2 approval UL file number E518405.
This series has important advantages in front of EI conventional transformers, like smaller size, low weight, low no load loses, higher efficiency , lower stray magnetic field, flexible dimensions, easy to assemble.
Toroidal transformers are replacing EI transform-ers in most of industry applications like, audio, lighting , home automation, gate openers, control panels, and so on.

• Thermal class materials 130ºC B class or 155ºC F
• Isolation primary secondary 5Mohm at 500Vdc
• High permeability core material
• Certificates UL or VDE under request.
• Single Secondary Voltage from 6V to 48V
• Double Secondary Voltage from 2x6V to 2x24V
• Centre tapped Voltage from 6V+6V to 24V+24V
• Standard primary Voltages for all series 2x115/230V

• 100% test electrical parameters at production process
